"I think your program is wonderful, because horse's don't care what people look like, or what kind of disabilities they have. All that matters to horses is that they are treated well, and in return they will love their rider as if they were part of the herd.

Children and adults experience a unique opportunity to participate in an equine-assisted activity program that capitalizes on self growth by partnering with a loving horse. Therapeutic riding can help children living with various disabilities. The horse’s rhythmic
movements stimulate the rider’s muscles and joints and can lead to improved balance,
coordination, muscle strength and increased self-confidence. Peace Area Riding for the Disabled Society (PARDS) has served clients with disabilities ranging from ADA to Cerebral Palsy. **This is only a partial list of disabilities they serve**
