About The Emowell: The Emowell is a web based outreach project offering tools and supports for emotional wellness and mental health. It was created and inspired by project founder Aeriel's experience of self-healing from years of anxiety, depression and psychiatric drug dependency. After five years of unsuccessful psychiatric treatments during her late teen and early adult years she decided to try natural and holistic therapies. Her success with alternative treatments inspired her to create The Emowell Project to supports others (especially youth and young adults) with information on natural ways to heal mental and emotional pain.
