I will be working with VSO Canada's partner office in Burkina Faso as a Partnership and Capacity Development Advisor.

What does that mean? It means that I will be helping them develop the skills to run their program from A to Z - from selecting the right partners, to figuring out their partners' needs, to managing for results.

VSO is the largest volunteer organization in the world, operating through partnerships with NGOs and small businesses and they do really great work. Your donation is supporting them in sending volunteers like me overseas!
