Our charity is aimed to help those who lost their homes in the Feb 27th earthquake in Chile.
Government and other institutions have given away lots of emergency houses to those in need, but the are really poorly built and, lack of proper insulation against rain, winds and low temperatures.
Nowadays, one of our goals is to make these houses better by insulating them with a basic "kit" that we've been deploying, based on OSB internal liners (wood panels) and Polystyrene. Using this products, along with nails and some paint, we've been able to provide a better solution to those in need.
Each kit costs about US$365, and we are targetting at least 100 more houses.
