I'm excited to be participating in the 2008 Triathlon of Compassion - this will be my fifth, but each time the location has changed...so no opportunity to get bored here

The fun and satisfaction I receive from staying fit helps a lot, but I am also motivated by helping eliminate sexualized violence.  The people at VWSAC do a wonderful, difficult job and they deserve our support!

This year I have a secret weapon in my quest to finish faster and get to the food line sooner... a spiffy new road racer to replace my old mountain bike. To go faster, I could either: train harder; or get a lighter bike...the choice was clear
