Okay everyone, we are doing this triathlon and it isn't going to be fast or pretty.  Why are we doing this?  Simply because we feel so strongly about the services offered through the centre and we want to show our commitment to the organization with sweat and tears...

I am the co-chair on the board of directors at WSAC.  I have been volunteering at the centre since the late 90s.

Aaron is doing the triathlon with me.  As most of you know, I have a visual impairment and cannot ride my own bike.  We will be doing the event on our tandem bike!
