Why I'm Involved
I want to talk to as many people as possible about issues of poverty, in particular the income disparity between rich and poor countries. I am also a passionate believer in the bicycle as a sustainable means of transport, and this trip combines that with my other passion-activism! I hope that we can have a significant positive impact for many thousands of poor people, while teaching as many others on the way down.
About Me
I am 23 years old, and originally from Enderby, B.C. My interests include organic farming, backpacking and climbing. This summer I am building a straw-bale cabin, which I am really excited about!
