Why I'm Involved.  To be apart of something bigger than myself, something so impacting that the ripple will be felt throughout the world.  Ever since I sat down with a few friends joking that I would actually bike to Mexico as my plan B after traveling, the momentum has never stopped.  From one friend to another a movement was created and a gift was given to me, to be apart of this adventure.” I will" be different and set an example in gratitude to the many people that have inspired me.  It is for them, you, me, and everyone where I will gather my strength and excitement for this project that will impact change. I believe these loans will open doors for those who cannot open their own and shift the scale of poverty.
About Me. I was born and raised in Kelowna B.C. After Graduating in 05’ I took of to Panama and Costa Rica on a very random whim with “adventure” stuffed in my back pocket. I traveled through these countries with an open heart and an open mind and in return I was given a new respect for our, ultimately, “united” countries. I am now enrolled in Okanagan College studying to be a naturopathic physician.  I am looking forward to every moment! I dream constantly and live endlessly.
What Im' Doing.  I am biking 3,000km from Vancouver to Mexico to raise money and awarness for microcredit on May 3! Wahoo! As a member of Agents of Change.(www.agentsofchange.ca) helping people raise themselve out of poverty!p.s. i have raised $2,045 (in the process of fixing *sorry* lets pass 6,000!!)
