Hi everyone!
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page! As you probably know, I'm biking to Mexico over the next 6 weeks with a group of 22 other crazy kids from Vancouver, BC. We're trying to raise funds and awareness for Microcredit initiatives - our goal is a lofty million dollars, which has a real chance to make a difference in the world. This is my personal fundraising page, where 100% of all donations will go directly to those who need it most in the developing world.
Why I'm Involved
I'm involved because I think microcredit has the potential to create some good in the world. In 2006, Microcredit won the Nobel Peace Prize, and its been proven to be a sustainable way to help many, many people over time. About Me
I'm a 23 year old student from Simon Fraser University, studying Anthropology and Business. I was raised in Surrey, BC, and my three passions are music, travel, and food. I've dropped out of university to start this non-profit, which has been an amazing experience so far! Thanks to everyone who's been so supportive!
What I'm Doing
Name it and I've been doing it - I don't sleep much anymore =) I'm also leaving in the next few days on a 3000km bike trip from here to Tijuana. Oh, and I'm the resident DJ of Agentsofchange.
Thanks for your support!
