Why I'm Involved: I was made aware of this program through my dad's leadership group, and I thought it would be an incredible, life-changing experience. With this trip, I will explore a country that is entirely different than my own, experience the culture of that country, and do it while maintaining a heathy lifestyle.

I'm a novice cyclist. I believe that this trip will not only be an amazing experience, but I know it will benefit my health immensely. In preparation for this trip I am getting into shape, and I believe that when I return from Norway, I will feel so good about living actively that I will continue it for a long time.

I will also meet people who I'm sure will have an impact on my life and who I will remember for the rest of my life.

About Me: I am currently a Grade 10 student at Bishop Carroll Senior High School. I volunteer with school activities such as sports games and Open Houses with a group called Casey Council. I like to sing (especially with our school choir), blog, watch foreign YouTube videos, read, and tweet (yes, I use Twitter. Sue me.). I also love to watch Glee, and I really like musical theatre. My favourite musicals are Les Miserables, Next to Normal, and Beauty and the Beast.
